The process

This is what working with me looks like.

I see patients at Apa Aesthetic — one week a month in New York, the other three in Los Angeles. Every smile is custom. The process behind it isn’t. It’s the same every time, because it’s the only way I’ve found that holds up case after case.

The consultation. Ninety minutes.

We start by talking. Your dental history. Your medical history. The mouth you have, and the one you want.

Then I examine: teeth, gums, bite. We take x-rays, scans, and photos.
By the end, you’ll have an honest answer from me about what’s possible, what isn’t, and what I’d actually recommend.

Prep day.

You’ll be numb. You’ll be comfortable. Smart TV, noise-canceling headphones, a blanket, CBD confections if you want them.

While you’re relaxed, I’m working — designing your teeth by hand, taking custom molds, placing your temporary smile.
The temporaries aren’t a placeholder. They’re a real preview of the final result. You’ll live in them for two weeks.

Approval.

Before you leave, we review the new smile together. Color. Shape. Proportion. How it sits on your face when you talk, laugh, eat.

I adjust on the spot until you sign off.
Only then do I send the records to our in-house lab. If something isn’t right, we fix it now — not after the porcelain is fired.

Insert day. Two weeks later.

Same chair. Same amenities. Numbing if you want it.

We remove the temporaries and place your final, hand-layered porcelain. I check your bite while you’re still in the chair, take final records, photograph the new smile, and scan you for a custom nightguard.
You leave knowing exactly how to take care of what we just made.

Aftercare. The part most practices skip.

A few days later, our hygienist sees you. Any leftover cement comes off. Your teeth get a proper clean. I take one more look to confirm health and function, and we add new photos to your record.

After that, I want to see you quarterly. At minimum, once a year. Veneers are an investment in your face for the next two decades — they deserve a maintenance schedule.
